The aim of this course is to be able to use non-testing techniques by making use of the individual, individualism, individual differences and getting to know the individual.

Development, implementation, validity and reliability studies of non-test self-disclosure techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, information collection slips, marking lists, time tables, autobiography, observational techniques such as observation, rating scale, sociometry, who is who, and situational tests such as case study, case record.
