Objectives of the Course |
Explaining the execution of penalties is to provide an understanding of the purpose of the execution law, the rights and obligations of the convicts, and the structure and functioning of the execution institutions. |

After the definition of the concept of the execution of the sentence and the constitutional limits on the execution of the sentence; To touch on the general problems related to the law of execution (procedure of execution, calculation of time, conditions, etc.). |
