Objectives of the Course
Explaining the execution of penalties is to provide an understanding of the purpose of the execution law, the rights and obligations of the convicts, and the structure and functioning of the execution institutions.

Learning Outcomes
1To give information about the place and importance of the execution of the sentence in criminal justice.
2To have a general judgment on the constitutional limits to be followed during the execution of the sentence.
3To convey essential information about the types of punishment.
4To introduce how the execution of the sentence is started and the institutions about the process until the start of the execution.
5To gain a critical perspective on whether the execution of the sentence fulfills the purposes of the punishment.
6To closely introduce the rights of the prisoners, the termination of the execution and the legal remedies that convicted defendants can apply during the execution process.

Course Contents
After the definition of the concept of the execution of the sentence and the constitutional limits on the execution of the sentence; To touch on the general problems related to the law of execution (procedure of execution, calculation of time, conditions, etc.).
