Objectives of the Course |
This course aims to discuss the Turkish state structure and organization within a weekly plan. Topics such as the concept of state, types of states, legal structure of state organization, legislative, executive and judicial powers and the relations between them, general characteristics of public administration and central and provincial organizations of ministries are within the scope of the course.
At the end of the course, it is aimed for students to become familiar with the basic concepts of the state and its organization and to have a conceptual repertoire in which they can make further readings in this field. At the end of the semester, students who successfully complete the course are expected to have an idea about the Turkish state structure and organizational chart and to know the state apparatus in legal and administrative terms. Finally, it is aimed for students to understand the place of the Ministry of Justice in the Turkish administration and the structure of its organization. |
