Objectives of the Course |
General information about anesthesia application methods in various situations in the operating room will be given. With this course, it is aimed to gain basic information about operating rooms, anesthetic devices and equipment and to gain skills in the field of anesthesia. |

History of Anesthesiology and Reamination, Development Process, Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities of Anesthesiologists, Operating Room Unit Features, Patient and Employee Safety in the Operating Room, Sterilization and Disinfection in the Operating Room, Preoperative Evaluation, Fluid-Electrolyte Balance and Perioperative Fluid Management, Acid-Base Balance and Blood Gas Evaluation, Blood and Blood Product Transfusion, Patient Positions, Airway and Intubation, General Anesthesia Applications in System Diseases, Anesthesia and Day Surgery, Extra-Operating Room Anesthesia Applications, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Postoperative Pain and Control Methods, Post-Anesthesia Care and In-Hospital and Interhospital Transport. |
