Basic principles of early childhood education program; Overview of early childhood education theories and theorists (Piaget, Vygotsky, Froebel, Gardner, Dewey); Overview of most known early childhood education programs (Direct instruction, Theme-based approach, Developmentally appropriate practice, High Scope, Montessori, Bank Street, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, Head Start); Early childhood education models and programs in European Countries, Far East and Asian Countries, North America Countries, South America Countries, Early childhood education models in Turkey
