1Obtains information about the effects of the aging process on physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial functions
2Recognizes the psychological problems and personality changes seen in elderly individuals, and related sleeping, eating and drinking disorders
3Gains ability to develop approach to the elderly individuals that have psychiatric disorders
4Explain the psychological care for mental disorders in the elderly.
5Discuss the causes of mental disorders in elderly individuals.
