Objectives of the Course
Starting from the history of the science of aging, old age, old age, learning how to care in the world and in Turkey, that policies for the promotion and protection of health in old age to the elderly relevant associations, organizations and institutions, and to learn the laws and regulations concerning the elderly.

Definition of aging and old age, history of science, descriptions of Geriatrics and Gerontology, physiological and psycho-social changes due to aging, the demographic situation in Turkey and the world, and the epidemiology of aging, quality of life of older people, common problems in the elderly, old-age and elderly Turkish culture status I, Turkish culture, old-age and elderly status II, Aging theories, theories of aging, aging national and international policies on older people organizations, institutions, organizations, and activities of the laws and regulations concerning the elderly in Turkey
