Course Contents
Definitions related to aging and old age. Elderly basic requirements. Basic Rules for the conduct of the elderly care practices. Vital signs, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration measurement and recording. Personal hygiene and practices in the elderly. Bed-made, comfortable stay positions. Hot and cold applications, pressure sores and wounds in the elderlycare.
