Course Contents
It is aimed that the personnel who will work in the medical laboratory gain experience in the applications that they need to learn. Specimen collection rules, Specimen collection and processing, Media Solution Preparation, Media Sterilization, Media Inspection and Stockpiling, Preparation of Preparation, Staining methods, Blood count methods (manual and automated), Urinalysis (manual and automated), protein and creatinine determinations, urine sediment analysis (microscopy), Biochemistry autoanalyzer studies, Turbidimetric methods, Nephelometric measurements, HPLC methods, Radioimmunassay and Chemiluminescence methods. Patient registration, microbiological sample collection rules, Sowing methods, Media preparation and pouring, media types, Gram stain, ARB staining, Microscopy, Culture antibiogram, Fungal studies, Stool analysis (parasite), Molecular biological methods in microbiology.
