It is aimed to teach the basic level of medical biology and genetic information needed by the personnel who will work in the medical laboratory.

Replication (DNA replication), Transcription (mRNA synthesis), Translation (Structure of ribosome, tRNA structure, Protein synthesis), Introduction to genetics (Study methods of genetic science, Application areas of genetic science, Model organisms used in genetic science), Mendelian genetics (Monohybrid - Dihybrid cross), deviations from Mendelian ratios (Ecvalence, codominance), General principles of inheritance I (Single gene inheritance, Multifactorial inheritance, mitochondrial inheritance), General principles of inheritance II (Sex-dependent inheritance, Hemophilia, Color blindness) Mutations I (Classification of Mutations , Factors causing mutations), DNA repair mechanisms, Cancer biology
