Definition, importance and sub-systems of automation systems in offices. Features and selection of consumables used in offices. Telecommunication systems used in offices. Types, operation and selection of systems. Telecommunication systems used in offices. Types, operation and selection of systems. Fax machine types and selection. Types, operation and selection of presentation tools used in offices. Teleconferencing, audio and video conferencing, desktop conferencing tools. Types of image transfer tools, their properties and selection. Multifunctional office tools, types of writing tools, their properties, operation and selection.
