Objectives of the Course
This lesson aims to introduce the targets and discipline of public health, emphasize the social determinants while learning what healthiness is and to implement a point of view which prioritizes a holistic, integrated and preventive aproach.

The importance of environmental health fort he community and its determinants. Disability and inequalities. A milestone in prevention: Tobacco control and public health. An evaluation for food safety: Genetically modified organisms.
