Course Contents
Basic concepts about medical records, the history of the medical documentation, the studies (that was) made, the importance, the users and the usage arenas, the comprehension, the arrangement, the forms that is constituted, the secrecy and the ownership, the duration of keeping, the properties of archives, parts, functions, basic elements, usage of the patient files.
