Objectives of the Course
Raising individuals with a rights-based approach in general. Ensuring that the professional worker who starts working in the field is informed about what to do when faced with the violation of rights or deprivation of rights against children. Ensuring that all problems are approached with a rights-based perspective.

This course; General information about the law and basic texts of Child Law, Definition of Child in Law and General Approach, Basic Principles of Child Rights, Fundamental Principles of Children's Rights, Parent's right of custody and legislation and limitations in line with Child Rights, United Nations Rights recognized by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child Name Citizenship and Right to Know Parents Right to Protection of Identity Right to live with one's parents Freedom of thought, religion and conscience Freedom of thought, religion and conscience Right to Association and Respect for Private Life Access to information and the state's responsibilities in helping parents right to be protected from all kinds of violence Child Neglect and Abuse, Child Neglect and Abuse and Protective Supportive Measures, Right to Health and related rights, Right to Education, Evaluation; includes topics.
