Objectives of the Course |
To teach the students the basic concepts of management science, the functions of management and management processes, to make them understand the importance and functioning of management, to give information about organizational behavior issues, to provide theoretical knowledge about organizational culture, motivation, communication, and leadership, to teach different organizational structures and the characteristics of these organizational structures, to provide students with theoretical knowledge about management for their future careers. |

In this course, the basic concepts of management science, development of management thought, management approaches, functions of management, ethics and social responsibility for businesses, traditional and contemporary organizational structures, leadership, motivation, and supervision in management are discussed. |
