From the perspective of digital transformation in Turkey, the development of e-government and digital services from past to present, current e-government applications, e-Europe applications and the interaction of these applications with the digital transformation mobilization in Turkey, e-government applications currently available, traditional government service Differences between the concept of digital government service and the concept of digital government service constitute the content of this course. |
