Course Contents |
This course covers the definition of risk, insurance and insurance, its historical development, basic principles of insurance, types of insurance, insurance contracts, the definition and characteristics of the concepts of damage, compensation and reinsurance; It includes the basic principles of insurance business, the establishment and organizational structure of insurance businesses, management in insurance business, technical profit/loss calculation and application in insurance companies, sales channels, agency management, internal audit and government auditing, and basic e-government practices. |
