Course Contents
What is financing? What is social security financing? Financing methods of social security, distribution method, Capitalization method (funding), mixed method, problems and solutions in social security financing, invalidity, old-age and survivors insurance, income sources in social security financing, state revenues, financing premiums received from workers and employers, Financing with the terminology in public finance, financing of state care and social assistance, financial incomes (tax incomes), financing of social insurance, monetary fiscal incomes, tax-like incomes, provisions reserved, mathematical reserve, paid premiums reserve, other provisions and extraordinary provisions, social security cost of applications. Unemployment insurance, public insurance, mixed model, state care model, protective fund model, private insurance model, restructuring of pension systems, development of pension systems, structure of pension systems, privatization of pension systems, complementary pension programs, occupational pension programs, private pension programs , benefit-based pension programs, contribution-based pension programs, comparison of benefit and contribution-based pension programs The place of private pension programs in pension system applications, the place of private pension programs based on necessity.
