| Course Contents |
| The subject, nature and development of business law. Employer, employer, employer, agent and intermediary concepts. Individual work law: Service flow, job regulation, working hours, fees, annual paid leave, severance pay and other indemnities. Collective labor law: unions and collective bargaining. Business disputes and remedies: mediation, special referee, high judge and labor court. Strike and lockout.
