This course aims to understand the role and importance of economics as a social science and academic discipline, to recognize and develop economic concepts; To reconcile these learned concepts with the real world and to evaluate the importance of the economic forces that shape the contemporary world.

Goods, services and money flow in economy, definition and functions of money, types of money, money supply and demand, relations between money amount and prices, monetary policy, Concepts related to national income, methods of calculating national income, importance of national income, concepts related to employment. , unemployment types, the relationship between unemployment and inflation.
