Giving basic information about management and organization to students and teaching management theories and functions

Learning Outcomes
1To be able to evaluate the phenomena of management within a perspective of its historical development.
2To be able to understand the scope and basic content of administrative science and to properly identify the relations between the state, the political processes, public administration and private sector
3To be able to comprehend the concepts, definitions and basic characteristics of organizations and to provide them with the general knowledge of management theories and their changing nature
4To have a detailed understanding of the main functions of administration and management systems which the students of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences will encounter in a variety of other courses during their undergraduate education
5To be able to grasp the current changes and transformations taking place in the field of public administration in a globalized world
