Objectives of the Course
To be able to know the student, secretarial profession in general, to learn secretarial types, duties and responsibilities, to know the secretary's characteristics, to understand the secretary's professional qualities, to know the secretary's duties in general, to acquire and practice the office stewardship, courtesy and etiquette rules.
