Objectives of the Course
To provide students how information systems, management information systems and clinical information system operate. The importance of health information system is to explain to students.To have knowledge about health law, physician-patient rights, physician-patient liability.

1Understand the importance of administration information system and clinical information systems.
2Comprehend for the management of information systems analysis, design and implementation is necessary.

5Learn the necessity integration of national and international health information systems.
6Realize the fundamentals in health law. Explain the rules of law in health practice.

Data and Information (Information), administrative information and administrative information features, the item of information systems, clinical information systems: clinical information system functions, clinical information systems of the type (patient files, e patient files, clinical decision support systems, laboratory information support systems, patient monitoring system, pharmacy information systems, nursing information system, tele-medicine, case mix systems, smart card applications and guide clinical care maps), in Turkey's health information system. The term of health rights, physician-patient rights, physician-patient liability, legal responsibilty in health care.
