Objectives of the Course
Students who attended this course should have information about physical health risk factors affecting the health and safety of the workplace and aimed to learn the occupational health and safety measures to be taken against these factors.

1They will be able to identify the physical risks that adversely affect the health of employees.
2Will be able to list physical and psychological measurement methods of physical risk factors.
3They will be able to learn the permissible values in national and international standards.
4It will be able to compare the business sectors where the exposure to physical risk factors is high in our country and in the world.
5He will be able to explain physical risk factors in the workplace and the role of the occupational physician in this area.

Course Contents
In this course, the physical risk factors could adversely affect health in the workplace: Noise-Vibration, thermal comfort (humidity, heat or cold at work, heating and air conditioning), lighting, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, high and low pressure heads will be investigated and information about the relevant legislation .
