Objectives of the Course
The aim of the Human Resources Management course is to teach students how to manage and direct human resources as a strategic asset in businesses.

1To understand the basic concepts, principles and functions of human resources management.
2Learn strategies to create training programs, make development plans and increase performance to improve the skills of staff, and develop skills in understanding performance evaluation processes, setting goals, giving feedback and improving performance.
3Understands employee motivation strategies, job satisfaction factors, and applies motivational techniques to increase job performance.
4Creating human resources strategies compatible with business strategies, contributing to organizational goals, and understanding the role of the human resources function in business success.

This course covers topics such as basic concepts of human resources, management techniques, workforce planning, recruitment processes, training and development, performance evaluation, motivation, wages and benefits, occupational health and safety.
