Objectives of the Course
The aim of the management and organization course is to enable students to understand organizational structures, learn management principles, and develop effective leadership and decision-making skills so that they can successfully assume management roles in the business world.

1To understand different management approaches and theories and their applications in organizations.
2To understand the basic concepts of human behavior and to evaluate interactions within the organization.
3Understanding decision-making processes, learning decision-making techniques, and being able to apply these techniques to real-world problems.
4Understanding strategic planning processes, determining the vision and mission of organizations, setting strategic goals and conducting strategic analysis.

Course Contents
The management and organization course offers a broad curriculum covering fundamental concepts and principles in business and management. This course includes organizational structures, decision-making processes, leadership and motivation principles, group dynamics, communication skills, strategic management principles, performance evaluation and control systems and change management issues along with different management theories and approaches.
