Course Contents |
The management and organization course offers a broad curriculum covering fundamental concepts and principles in business and management. This course includes organizational structures, decision-making processes, leadership and motivation principles, group dynamics, communication skills, strategic management principles, performance evaluation and control systems and change management issues along with different management theories and approaches. |
