Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students commercial enterprise law and corporate law in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code. How to solve commercial disputes that may arise in daily life and teaching the legal provisions related to the problems are also among the main objectives of this course. The concept of commercial enterprise, the headquarters and branches of the commercial enterprise, pledge of the commercial enterprise, commercial, merchant, rights and obligations of the merchant, unfair competition, trade name, and other basic concepts such as limited, joint stock, joint stock, collective, limited partnership and limited liability companies in Turkish commercial life.

Learning Outcomes
1Renewing the knowledge about the concept of law and teaching the basic concepts of commercial law
2The merchant learns the important parts of commercial law such as trade name, trade name, commercial enterprise name, commercial enterprise pledge.
3Have knowledge about commercial judgment. By learning the principles and procedures of trial, learns the documents that can be used as evidence in commercial courts.
4Learns the rights and obligations of the merchant, bankruptcy, the procedures for establishing a commercial enterprise, the difference with tradesmen
5Learns the duties, powers and responsibilities of merchant assistants such as agent, crier, broker, broker, marketer. Understands their relationship with the merchant.
6Learns the establishment of commercial companies in the Turkish Commercial Code, their organs, the powers and responsibilities of the organs, and their termination

Course Contents
This course consists of general law of commercial enterprise, merchant, commercial books, unfair competition, trade name. In addition, in the second part of the course, commercial companies are introduced to the students. In this context, collective company, limited partnership, joint stock company, limited liability company and its derivatives will be examined.
