It aims at presenting the basic concepts of business administration to the students and to provide them with an overall vision of business science.

Learning Outcomes
1Students must understand the basic concepts and theories in the field of business. This includes business types, business functions (marketing, finance, human resources management, operations, etc.) and business strategies.
2Students must have analytical skills to analyze and solve complex business problems. Skills such as data analysis, problem definition, decision making, and evaluating results fall into this category.
3Effective communication skills are essential to be successful in business. Students must develop their written and oral communication skills and be able to present effectively.
4Business management functions within the manufacturing, marketing and sales processes, allowing the planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating and analyzing audit steps
5Business students should develop leadership and management skills. Topics such as teamwork, leadership styles, conflict management are part of this skill set.
6The business world is constantly changing and competition is more intense than ever. Students should develop creative thinking and innovation skills.
7Business students should attach importance to ethical values ​​and social responsibility and make business decisions within the framework of these values.
8In the age of globalization, business students must understand the global business world and have the abilities to deal with cultural diversity.
