The emergence of local governments as a public economic unit, economic and political approaches explaining the reasons for the existence of local governments, types of local governments, financial relations between central government units and local governments, factors affecting relations, services provided by local governments, from revenue sharing between administrations to local governments. declining sources of income. History of local governments in Turkey, local government units, municipalities, metropolitan municipalities, special provincial administrations, villages, financial relations between the central government and local governments, income sources of local governments, local government budgeting process.
