Course Contents
The organizational behavior course provides a comprehensive framework for understanding human behavior, relationships and interactions in businesses. This course aims to provide students with the skills to understand and manage the internal dynamics of organizations. Students learn how individuals interact and the functioning of intergroup dynamics through factors such as motivation, leadership, communication and stress management.
