| Level of Course Unit | Short Cycle | Objectives of the Course | The two sections of the derste are examined; In the first part which can be described as an introduction, the concept of law and general information about various civil legal systems are examined along with some basic concepts of Turkish Civil Law and its civil law. In the second chapter, which can be defined as the Law of Persons, concepts and rules related to real persons and legal entities are addressed.
