General information about enforcement and bankruptcy law, types of executive execution, executive organization, duties and obligations of enforcement offices, unattended execution by way of foreclosure, pursuit request, payment order, payment emrine dispute removal, seizure, attachable property, follow-up through the execution of the pledge, interlocutory seizure, insolvency, bankruptcy, insolvency, concordat.
