Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of Commercial Law, to give information about commercial business and relations, business life and disputes related to commercial transactions that may arise in daily life, to explain how these disputes can be resolved, and to teach how to interpret and apply Turkish Commercial Laws to commercial issues.
