It searches when a human behavior constitutes a criminal offense and what are the sanctions and consequently interpret the general provisions of the Turkish Criminal Law.

Course Contents
To learn the basic concepts of Criminal Law, to obtain information about the history of criminal law, to apply the rules of criminal law in terms of place, person and time, to obtain basic information about the structural elements of the crime, to learn the special aspects of the crime.
