Objectives of the Course
The two sections of the derste are examined; In the first part which can be described as an introduction, the concept of law and general information about various civil legal systems are examined along with some basic concepts of Turkish Civil Law and its civil law. In the second chapter, which can be defined as the Law of Persons, concepts and rules related to real persons and legal entities are addressed. The aim of the course is to ensure that students learn the method of organizing the most basic legal rules that arise from the life of the society, principles that are based on them, positive law, and interests balances.

Course Contents
This course will be examined in two parts: introduction to civil law and law of real persons. In the first part, it is aimed to introduce the general principles and sources of Civil Law to the students. The second part will cover topics such as rights and ability to act, protection of personality, and personal case recordings.
