In this course, the definition of Criminal Procedure Law, its purpose, function, basic principles, application area, subjects of trial, protection measures, proof law, types of evidence and evidence, Criminal Procedure proceedings, the march of the Criminal Procedure, investigation and prosecution phases, legal remedies are examined. |
