Objectives of the Course
To understand the importance of notification in the Turkish legal system, to learn the institutions that can issue notifications, the elements of the notification, how the notification is made, to determine the persons who can be notified, to learn the situations that may arise in the absence of notification with irregular notification and to determine the crimes in the notification law and the penalties related to these crimes.

Learning Outcomes
1To the information about the processes of preparing the notification documents and delivering the notification to the addressee.
2To have the ability to determine the place and importance of the Notification Law in the Turkish legal system and to evaluate it within the scope of basic legal principles.
3Having the ability to identify who issues a notification, the authorities that can do it, and the people to whom the notification can be made.
4To have the ability to determine the notification can be made within the scope of the legislation and to determine how the notification will be made in cases with international characteristics.
5If the notification is irregular, there is no information about the crimes that may arise during the notification process.

Course Contents
The authorities authorized to issue notifications, how the notification is made, the persons to whom the notification can be made, the places where the notification can be made, the procedures for making notifications according to different situations, the irregular notification within the framework of the basic legal principles and the rights violations that may arise in the absence of the notification and the notification crimes and penalties will be examined.
