Objectives of the Course

To understand the importance of notification in the Turkish legal system, to learn the institutions that can issue notifications, the elements of the notification, how the notification is made, to determine the persons who can be notified, to learn the situations that may arise in the absence of notification with irregular notification and to determine the crimes in the notification law and the penalties related to these crimes.

Learning Outcomes

1	To the information about the processes of preparing the notification documents and delivering the notification to the addressee.
2	To have the ability to determine the place and importance of the Notification Law in the Turkish legal system and to evaluate it within the scope of basic legal principles.
3	Having the ability to identify who issues a notification, the authorities that can do it, and the people to whom the notification can be made.
4	To have the ability to determine the notification can be made within the scope of the legislation and to determine how the notification will be made in cases with international characteristics.
5	If the notification is irregular, there is no information about the crimes that may arise during the notification process.

Course Contents

The authorities authorized to issue notifications, how the notification is made, the persons to whom the notification can be made, the places where the notification can be made, the procedures for making notifications according to different situations, the irregular notification within the framework of the basic legal principles and the rights violations that may arise in the absence of the notification and the notification crimes and penalties will be examined.

1	The content of the course, the definition of notification, its importance, its elements, important concepts related to notification, and sources of notification law.
2	The authorities authorized to issue notifications are the authorities authorized to issue notifications.
3	Types of notifications, notifications according to the way they are made, direct notification, electronic notification, and indirect notification.
4	Notification Types, notification according to the subject, notification according to the nature of the institution or organizations issuing the notification, and notification according to the place where it is made.
5	Persons to whom notification may be made, addressee, persons to whom notification may be made instead of addressee, stages of notification.
6	The time when the notification will be made, the calculation of the periods, and the place where the notification will be made.
7	Notification documents, envelopes with notification documents, communiqué documents, invitations, notification fees, and expenses.

9	Notification procedure, not being at the address, not having the capacity to be a contact, avoiding the notification, temporary departure of the addressee.
