Objectives of the Course
The main aim of veterinary pathology education is to train undergraduate students who will work in the field of animal diseases using modern and up - to - date teaching - learning techniques and to provide in - depth information to undergraduate students in their field of study and improve their research skills. A student who successfully completes the program or course must be able to express the pathogenesis of the diseases; Control of diseases, preventive medicine and public health.

Learning Outcomes
1Understands the science of veterinary pathology.
2Is familiar with the tissue samples being sent to veterinary pathology laboratories, and is knowledgeable on how to take samples for various laboratories during necropsy.
3Is able to define the hystochemical coloring techniques.
4Is able to define the basic concepts constituting the immunohystochemical techniques.
5Is knowledgeable on the reasons of changes in tissues and cells, and the basic concepts about how they occur.
