Objectives of the Course
In order to carry out a teaching that can grasp the theoretical assessments of the Local Government (local administrators); Aims to explain and analyze the origins, aims, principles, organs and basic problems of the Local Government by taking the basic concepts and definitions into consideration.

5Decentralized management with centralized management to get information about the benefits and drawbacks.
