| Course Contents |
| The first part is the zoning law. Resources, spatial plans, zoning plans, exclusion and unification operations, parceling, expropriation, principles of making and using structures, unlicensed constructions, reclamation sanctions will be handled in development law within the scope of legislation. In the second part, urban transformation and conversion of areas bearing disaster risks will be dealt with. |
