Conveying information to the students about the preliminary provisions, basic principles and fundamental terms of Turkish Civil Code, Law of Persons and Family Law.

1At the end of this course, the students will be able to list and explain the preliminary provisions in Turkish Civil Code understanding their importance,;
2List and reveal the basic principles and fundamental terms of Civil Law,;
3Interpret and apply general principles of rights and law of persons, ;
4Distinguish and compare natural and artificial persons and their characteristics,;
5Interpret engagement and dissolution of engagement in compliance with the relevant provisions of Turkish Civil Code,;

The initial provisions of civil law, persons law, family law, inheritance law and property law will be processed.
