Course Contents
Preparing the fruit for processing, Pre-pressing processes, mash the pulp processing, Pressing of the mash, Presses, clarification, filtration and filters, concentration of fruit juices, aroma separation and flavor holders, packaging of fruit juices and nectars for consumption, processing of some fruits in fruit juice, production of vegetable juices.
