| The Department of New Media and Communication, established within the Faculty of Art and Design at Bayburt University, commenced its academic activities in the 2025–2026 academic year. The program aims to educate qualified individuals who can respond to the communication dynamics of the digital age. It adopts an educational approach that addresses digitalization, media transformation, and the social impacts of new communication technologies through both theoretical and practical perspectives. |

| Specific Admission Requirements |
| Admission to the program is based on the results of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) conducted by ÖSYM. Candidates must also meet the registration requirements set by Bayburt University. |
