General Description
History
It started its educational activities for the first time in the 2019-2020 academic year under the name of Health Institutions Management.
Qualification Awarded
The graduates who have successfully completed the program are given an short cycle diploma in the field of Health Institutions Management.

Specific Admission Requirements
The students of the citizens of the Republic of Turkey are accepted according to the results of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) organized by OSYM every year within the framework of the criteria determined by YÖK. Horizontal and vertical transfer applications are evaluated within the framework of the principles determined by YÖK and student acceptances are made.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Students studying at Bayburt University may be exempt from some courses within the framework of certain regulations. If the contents of the course taken in another institution are in compliance with the content of the course given at Bayburt University and approved by the relevant faculty/institute/college, the student may be exempted from this course.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
To obtain at least 2.00 weighted grade average out of 4.00 to successfully complete all the courses (total of 120 ECTS equivalent) in the program.
Profile of The Programme
Graduates of Health Institutions Management Program; 1. It has the knowledge of accessing, evaluating and implementing the basic scientific knowledge in the field of health institutions and businesses. 2. Defines the importance of management principles and effective management methods for the individual and society. 3. It evaluates the basic knowledge and skills it has acquired in its field with a critical approach. 4. It has the experience of working with other health disciplines. 5. Develops solutions by considering ethical values.

Working Areas: 1. Central and Provincial Organizations of the Ministry of Health and other institutions management units 2. Volunteer organizations working on health problems in our country 3. Public and private sector -based health insurance organizations 4. Public and private sector hospitals 5. Pharmaceuticals, medical devices producing medical devices Industrial Organizations 6. Relevant Faculties and Schools of Universities The request of the market to these graduates: 1. Requests arising from the need to follow the administrative and financial work of health institutions together with the health personnel 2. Requests arising from the needs of the health personnel and carry out administrative staff to meet the needs of the health personnel 3. Students arising from the need for a qualified human resource needs 4. Requests arising from intermediate employees who have business information, have ethical values and recognize the health sector.

Students who have graduated from this program can access detailed information from the Undergraduate Examination of 2022 Vocational Schools and Open Education Associate Degree Programs Graduates showing the undergraduate programs they can apply within the scope of vertical transition, the conditions of these programs and the number of students to be included in these programs. In this guide, there are principles and rules related to how candidates can apply, how to make their undergraduate program preferences, exams, evaluation and placement procedures, vocational school directorates and open education associate degree programs.

2 PhD and 1 lecturer work in the department. Classes are in the class standards of Bayburt University.

Key Learning Outcomes
1Program students have traditional and innovative managerial knowledge, informational insights and knowledge of business governance within the framework of Health 4.0 principles during their education and after graduation. They can derive predictive information in order to transform theoretical knowledge into concrete outputs, designs and projects in application areas.
