Pharmacy Services Program started to provide education and training within the Department of Pharmacy Services at Bayburt Vocational School of Health Services in the 2018-2019 academic year. |

Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
Graduates of the Pharmacy Services Program are expected to have knowledge and skills about Anatomy, Introduction to Pharmacy Technician, Practical Drug Knowledge, Medicine Forms Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Toxicology, Occupational health and safety, Pharmacy Services Principles and Ethics Committee courses. In order to successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all the courses in the program (equivalent to 120 ECTS), to achieve a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00, and to successfully complete the summer internship (30 working days). |

The aim of the Pharmacy Services Program is to train successful Pharmacy Technicians who are entitled to receive the title of Pharmacy Technician with high communication skills, who perform the duty of supplying drugs against prescription, which is obligatory in Community Pharmacies and Public Pharmacies, which are among our important health institutions. |

Access to Further Studies |
If our graduates are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by ÖSYM; They can transfer vertically to Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Management, Social Work and Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Departments. |

Principles regarding exams and grade evaluation specified in Bayburt University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education Regulations are taken into account. |

Facilities |
All classrooms where classes are held are equipped with smart boards, projectors and internet connection. The courses that require computer application are carried out in the Computer Laboratory, which has 60 computers. Internet access via wired-wireless networks is unlimited in this laboratory. This laboratory, where students can get service by using their personal computers, is also open to students outside of class hours. |
