The Health Information Systems Technician program was established within the Vocational School of Technical Sciences with the decision of the University Senate in the 2019-2020 academic year and started education. The first education program was opened in the 2019-2020 fall semester. |

Access to Further Studies |
Candidates who have successfully completed their Associate Degree education can study in undergraduate programs in their own fields or related fields, provided that they get a valid grade from the DGS exam and have a sufficient GPA. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
The courses are given on a semester basis and the education given is evaluated with 40% weighted midterm exams and 60% weighted final exams. According to Bayburt University "Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations", a grade evaluation system is applied. |

There are two computer laboratories, each containing 30 computers suitable for today's conditions, which are mainly used by the Department of Computer Technologies. Education continues with 2 classrooms for theoretical courses. 1 electrical-electronics laboratory is used for lessons. |
