History | Finance Program 24.05.2011 With the decision of the General Assembly YÖK on 19.09.2011 education began in the Bayburt Vocational School. Since 2017-2018 academic year, education has been continuing in Vocational School of Social Sciences.

| Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) | Students who enroll in our program can request exemption from the courses they have successfully completed at the higher education institutions they have studied before. For this, they must submit their transcripts and course contents to the relevant unit within the first week of the registered year with a petition. | Qualification Requirements and Regulations | In order to obtain the associate degree from the Finance Program, 120 ECTS required and elective courses must be successfully completed in the format specified in the departmental education program. In addition to this, it is essential that the overall academic grade average is at least 2.00.
| Profile of The Programme | In the curriculum of the Finance Program covering four semesters; public finance, accounting, state budgeting, tax law, and so on. The students are taught the theoretical knowledge necessary for the profession, while at the same time professional practices are carried out and profession-related skills are gained. On the other hand, the Finance Program students have a compulsory internship for a total of 30 days. During the internship period, the Finance Program students who are able to develop themselves through professional practice are required to be accepted by the School Administrative Board for the internships they have made in order to graduate.
| Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples | They can work especially in accounting-finance, financial-administrative affairs and strategic planning-project departments of public institutions and organizations as well as accounting and finance departments in private sector institutions and organizations.
| Access to Further Studies | Students who graduate from the program can start their business life directly with the Title of Professional Staff, as well as the Faculties related to the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS); Finance, Banking and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economy, Customs Business, Economics, Public Administration, Capital Market, Capital Market Audit and Rating, Insurance, Insurance and Risk Management, Political Science, Political Science and Public Administration, International Business, International Business and Commerce, International Finance, International Trade, International Trade and Finance, International Trade and Business Administration, International Trade and Logistics departments can complete their education with a bachelor's degree. In addition, by enrolling in the relevant departments of the Open Education Faculty without an exam, they can study from the 3rd grade and graduate with a bachelor's degree. | Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading | 40% of the midterm exam is assessed 60% of the final exam. In order for a student to be successful in a dersten, the average of the semester must be at least 50. The score given on the 100 points has been converted into a letter grade; midterm examinations, midterm examinations and final examinations are taken into consideration.
| Graduation Requirements | To graduate from the program; In addition to being successful in compulsory and elective courses for a total of 120 ECTS to be taken over 4 semesters, it is necessary to complete 30 days of compulsory internship.
