It was opened within the scope of the Vocational School of Justice of Bayburt University in accordance with the decision of the Higher Education General Assembly meeting dated 15/01/2016 and the 7/d article of the Law No. 2547 with the Law No. 2880 and started to education in the 2019-2020 academic year. |

Specific Admission Requirements |
In order to be a student of Vocational School of Justice, it is necessary to graduate from Vocational School of Justice or any type of high school and to get sufficient points in the field of TYT from the university entrance exam held by OSYM. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
For the recognition of previous learning in higher education institutions, vertical transfer, horizontal transfer and transfers within the university, the Regulations on the Principles of Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer are taken as basis. The student may be exempted by the decision of the Higher School Administrative Board for the courses that he has taken before and whose equivalence is accepted and counted towards the minimum course load. An exemption exam is held at the beginning of the academic term for the foreign language courses included in the curriculum of our school. Successful students are exempt from the relevant course. |

In order to graduate from the program, our students must complete the courses prescribed in the four-semester associate degree program with an average of 2.00 out of 4.00. The student must pass a midterm and a final exam for all compulsory and elective courses each semester and be successful. |

The graduates of the program can be employed as a front office-consulting officer in the front offices established in the Courthouses under the Ministry of Justice, mainly as a legal secretary in attorneyship and law offices. |

Those who want to continue their higher education from the program graduates can continue their undergraduate programs in Public Relations, Public Relations and Advertising, Public Relations and Publicity, Business Information Management, Advertising and Public Relations, Health Management, Management Information Systems with the vertical transfer exam (DGS) after graduation. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Our associate degree program teaches four semesters. A midterm and a final exam are held each semester. If necessary, a make-up exam is given. Students who are successful as a result of the said evaluation are entitled to graduate from the program. |
Graduation Requirements |
In order to graduate from the program, our students must successfully complete the courses prescribed in the two-year associate degree program with a score of 2.00 out of 4.00 and 60 out of 100. The total course credit required by the student is 83 credits on the basis of national credits and 120 credits on the basis of ECTS. |
