Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course, determining the concept of the types of change in organizations, and managing it successfully, and then to discuss the organizational structure and managerial approaches which facilitator the change, and then doing practices and techniques on the subject, case work. Examining the behaviour of managers and employee in the firms that seeing the different ways to application the change and changing itself towards the appropriate approach. Also, improve and expand the views of participants on issues such as the concept of leadership, leader characteristics, types of leadership, resistance to change, change process.
