Course Contents

The operation of the Notification Law No. 7201 forms the basis of the content of this course. The framework of the area of responsibility imposed on PTT employees by the Notification Law is drawn.

1	General information about notifications.	Showing the documents regarding the notification.
2	Definition and importance of judicial and administrative notification documents, notification on official and judicial holiday days, notification delivery place of the documents, to whom in general to do.	Demonstration of the notification procedures described.
3	Who will be notified of the notification documents, to be called on the persons to be served on behalf of conditions.	Demonstration of how to notify the addressee.
4	Conditions to be sought for persons to be notified on behalf of the addressee, notification certificate.	Demonstration of how to fill out the notification form.
5	For those to be notified on behalf of the client terms to be sought	Demonstration of how notification is made on behalf of the addressee.
6	Public notification procedures, notification by announcement	Demonstration of examples of notifications and discussion on the subject.
7	E-Notification, notification APS (Rapid Notification)	Working on e-notification examples and discussing the subject as a class.
